Professional Feng Shui Consultant Priya Khanna provides fengshui consultations for residential and commercial sites.

Each client receives a customized, complete on-site analysis, detailed recommendations of all cures and enhancers.

The reports are usually self explainatory and contain very deep information on the various procedures and applications/ processes that come in handy in the future as well.

The site is visited by Master Priya Khanna personally during daylight hours.

Readings of the various degrees of orientation, elevations and exterior features are noted in order to calculate the flow of chi of the respective location.

A floor plan of the premises are required along with the year of construction of the building, the approximate date of occupation by the first tenant and the dates of birth of all the individuals residing in that apartment or villa.

Its best that all the above information is sent prior to the date of the visit so as to enable the practitioner to prepare the case details prior to visit.

Flying star school of fengshui is used to do the analysis and the energies are balanced on a very deep level. However, such extensive work does require atleast 2 to 2 1/2 hours of time at site.

The reports are usually sent via e mail with in 10 working days. All payments are taken at the time of visit to site in cash.

An off-site analysis provides the same expert attention to detail as an on-site visit using Traditional Feng Shui Formulas and Methods for accurate assessment of a home or office. A comprehensive report that is easy to read and follow is provided. This report will include recommendations that are sensible; it will not include any unnecessary information.

Below please find a list containing the information you, the client, need to provide for an Off-Site Feng Shui Consultation:

1. Site Plan- preferably the original copied down to an 11 "x 17" paper or 8 1/2 "x ii" for faxing. (Do not send original floor plans.) This floor plan needs to identify the interior rooms. Add to this, exterior elements including roads, surrounding buildings, bodies of water, swimming pool, power lines, other major obstructions or views like the mountains, etc. NOTE: If you do not have a floor plan, you must draw one to scale.

2. Provide the accurate degree the house is facing. Also provide the accurate degree the front door is facing, (ie.yg degrees)

3. On a separate copy of the floor plan, identify room usage (bedroom, kitchen, study, etc.) and major furniture placement (TV, couches, beds, etc.). Also identify the wall color of each room.

4. Send color pictures of the all rooms and identify each on the back of the picture.

5. Provide the year the building was built and the year occupants moved in. Identify any and all major renovations; what they were and when they were done.

6. Provide the complete name and birth dates of all occupants including year, month, day, hour and place of birth. If this is for a business; provide birth date information for the oumer(s) and/or managers and key staff members.

7. Identify key areas that need to be addresses specifically ; money situations, health problems, conflicts, etc. Advise any other questions or concerns you may want addressed as well.

8. Provide your address (home or office), phone, fax, mobile numbers and e-mail address.

Basic cleaning like vacum, mopping and dusting should be done prior to arrival of cleaning crew.

All valuables must be locked away safely. Elements Fengshui or Priya Khanna do not take any responsibility for loss or damage of any articles, prior to, post or during the space clearing process.
